Learning Opportunities

Sunday School

Sunday School starts around 10:20 following our Sunday Service. We have classes for all ages including adults.

Bible Study

Join us at the Church on Wednesdays for Bible Study at 11:00am. We host a Bible devotion time at Meadowview place Assisted Living at 10:00am on the first and third Wednesdays.

Lutheran Student Fellowship Study

Our college students meet on campus for bible study each week during the Fall and Spring semesters and for lunch on Sundays after church.

Vacation Bible School

We offer vacation bible school each summer. Our VBS gives local kids a chance to participate in a VBS program with curriculum from LCMS that is taught by our local members and volunteers.

Confirmation & New Members

We offer new member and confirmation classes to those interested in joining our church. These classes are great way to learn what we believe.

Pastor Cain hosts a radio program 1 or 2 times a month. The radio program has live streaming on KKHT.com at the time of broadcast Sunday nights at 7pm, on the radio program website ElmHouston.org and podcast site: https://engaging-truth-elm.captivate.fm/listen

Worship Service Live on Facebook

We encourage everyone to be with us on Sunday mornings, but if you can’t, our service is available on our Facebook page. If you have any questions about how to watch or any trouble when trying to watch, call the church office during our office hours (8am-3pm Monday-Tuesday, 8am-2pm Wednesday) and we will try to help you. You can also call the office and join our weekly email with the weekly bulletin and follow along.

Cristo Para Todas Las Naciones es la división hispana de Lutheran Hour Ministries (LHM). Concordia Publishing House

Concordia Publishing House (CPH) is the publishing arm of the LCMS. They offer bible studies, bibles, and other resources. This includes several subscriptions for children and adults such as the Portals of Prayer. You can find free Portals of Prayers in English and Spanish on the small table near the sanctuary.



Engaging Truth

Engaging Truth is a radio program from Evangelical Life Ministries that features Pastor Cain and other Lutheran Pastors. It appears on KKHT and is available on ELM’s website. KKHT airs the show on FM and internet radio Sunday Nights starting at 7:00 PM. The show airs again on Saturday morning at 10:00 AM.
